However, the sector is still highly fragmented for small businesses, which represent over 98% of manufacturing companies in America today. Sustainment helps purchasing, procurement, and supply chain teams within manufacturing organizations to streamline procurement from quote to delivery so projects are completed on time and on budget, by the right supplier. The result is increased supply chain resilience, easier access to new qualified suppliers, and a significant reduction in time spent on supplier outreach, evaluation, and management.
